Bittersweet is a regenerative, family-run farm centering around education through partnership with the natural world. The workshops and retreats we offer allow for a deep dive into the ways people have traditionally found, made, and processed things.

Our goal is to empower and equip individuals to make change with hope that getting back to nature will benefit not just the individual, but the common good as well.
